Wheeling Hospital's wellness center is a Catholic facility that offers rehabilitative services, and serves the community as a fitness club. This entrance mosaic depicts elements that, in partnership, offer complete personal wellness:  Physical fitness, spirituality and medical science.  

Materials used in the artwork include glass smalti, smooth and rough marble, granite and copper leaf. All are mortared directly onto the building's wall.
